Just an hour from Bozeman’s Gallatin Field Airport or a 30 minute drive north from Yellowstone National Park, the Homestead, School House and Teacherage Cabins are 1 mile past the world-renowned Chico Hot Springs Resort.

Located off US 89, South of Livingston – turn onto East 571 (also know as Murphy Lane) in Emigrant and proceed 1 mile to Junction 540 (East River Road) and turn left.

Drive 1/2 mile and turn right at the big Chico Hot Springs sign onto Chico Road. Continue to drive through Chico Hot Springs and follow the gravel road 1.3 miles to Old Chico.

The Homestead Cabin — #308 is immediately past the junction of Chico Rd and Emigrant Creek Road on the right. Please pull around to the right at the end of the wooden privacy fence and enter through the gate. Google Maps

The Schoolhouse Cabin — take a left on Emigrant Creek Road and the first right into driveway of Schoolhouse at #2 Emigrant Creek Rd. Google Maps
